Everything as advertised, great location, and no surprises. The front desk permitted late check out (2pm vs. 11am). There was a minor hiccup where cleaning staff did not get the memo and tried to kick us out but it was quickly resolved.

Close to Berri UQAM metro station. Parking was very convenient ( not on hotel premises) in the street next door with convenient underground garage parking 24 hrs.
Hotel room was very clean and cozy. The pathways were also kept very clean
The area around metro is particularly doesn’t feel very safe later at night. A few blocks on St Catherine and St. Denis

Great Montreal spot in an excellent location. Clean and safe and nice staff. One downer was I was offered housekeeping once over 4 nights, but that was the only thing. I’ll definitely be back if I’m travelling solo.

The hotel was in worse condition than I expected. Everything is so old, especially the bed stuff. We found a t-shirt under our mattress! It was awful! I will never ever come back to this hotel.

The bathroom was an absolute nightmare, everything was cramped in 2 sqm, and one had to place the legs into the shower to actually be able to sit on the closet. That bathroom should not be allowed in any hotel, I am sure it did not pass the building code regulations.

Very convenient to get to (5 mins walk) from the Berri-UQAM metro station, which is also the final stop on the 747 airport bus. About 20 minutes walk to the convention centre. Unfortunately no breakfast available but spacious room. Decor not the most modern but that is of no importance to me. The room was clean, functional and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, as I had to check out early because of family illness and they contacted Expedia on my behalf and refunded my final night's stay. Thank you! Would stay here again.

Have always loved this cute little hotel, but it looks like it hasn’t been updated whatsoever over the years. The location is ok, but there’s alot of homeless people in the area. There is parking close to the property. But for the price, it’s still a good option for a short visit to montreal.

I love this little hotel. I've stayed a few times now. Very large rooms with windows that actually open. The building has a lot of character. So much cooler than a generic hotel. And wow the location. It might actually have the best location in Montreal in terms of centrality and access to transportation. Staff are we super cool and won't give you a hard time if you forget your key card in your room.

In an excellent part of down mere minutes away from pedestrianized streets, restaurants, bars, and all kinds of attractions. You can also walk to Old Montreal and various Metro stops nearby so you can get anywhere you'd like fairly easily. The amenities were comfortable and had lovely wood floors and furniture. Staff was friendly and there is a (paid) coffee machine in the lobby. Check-in and check-out was easy. Highly recommend this location!
