This was a great option if you want to go to the botanical gardens and biodome. We walked to both places in a very short period of time. We also could walk to the metro to get to old Montreal. We didn't need to drive anywhere.

Great location, easy reach to downtown and some cool neighbourhoods even if you don't have a car (and you really don't need one in Montreal). Friendly staff, quiet area, comfortable beds and spacious room, as well as very spacious shower room.

The room was clean and the staff were polite, efficient and helpful. The outdoor pool was not heated at all so was not usable for us in the evenings. The indoor pool is heated like a hot tub so we were done with swimming fairly quickly. The hotel is close to the stadium and Botanical garden but not in walking distance to much else.

Incredible location. Hotel is very run down, limited amenities in the room, tv didn’t work, clean towels were placed on toilet and not put away, restaurant was over booked, pool was over crowded and unmanaged when voiced to front desk. Also pets can never be left alone in room regardless of how well behaved. Overall the location and parking made it worth it but we were very disappointed in the hotel itself.

Hotel was VERY busy with a soccer tournament or baseball, sonthere were a lot of kids. Too many to even use the pool. Walkable distance to the Biodome so that is good.

There waa nothing nearby to walk to. Not being familiar with the city I didn't realize we would be tok far away to walk to anything. No restaurants or cafes close enough to walk. The hotel itself was nice. Room was adequate. Having onsite restaurant convenient. We didn't use pools or spa so I cannot rate those.

My room on the 7th floor was clean, comfortable and lovely.
We were disappointed the bar was closed our entire stay. Also, we found the restaurant hours were limited.
Many hotels have coffee/tea/water in the lobby for patrons. This one only had water.
Overall, a positive experience!

One Star – Never Staying Here Again
I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. The room smelled musty, like a mix of mildew and stale cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Housekeeping didn't even clean the rooms at all, coffee maker wasn't working.
Also, the key is always not working to open the doors we always had to go back to the front desk to get it reset that was really annoying.
Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

The hotel is not very close to DT monteal but it is about 10 minutes to the metro and voila within 20 minutes you are in DT. It a good hotel and the staff were quite attentive to our needs. I appreciated them as they greeted us everytime we came in. I wish there were more dining options around there but with the price, I cannot complain. IGA is 5 minute walk down the road. Housekeeping is on demand which is great cause I dont always want to have my room cleaned. You can get towels, etc anytime. Will be back

The location is wonderful and walkable distance to the biodome, restaurants and many parks. Parking is for free and customer service is good. However, the rooms are dirty. Our bathroom was very dirty and there was pee stains on our toilet. Very dusty room. So it made our stay a little uncomfortable. Also the pool is very poorly maintained.
