Nice hotel, clean rooms...i don't understand why when covid hit they shut down the pool area and 5 years later never reopened it. That is just lazy and I'm sure money grabbing at the expense of your clientele. I feel ripped off.

The stay was great. I just don’t like paying for parking when I’m already paying for the room, I’d be happier if it was worked info the price than being charged extra later

The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was with the tv. They used Roku, and we had to unplug and reset it to get it to work. Breakfast was included and looked to have quite a few options. Parking is tight and NOT included with your stay, another downside.

It was good for the price and the location was great, perfect balance of in city and not in the city. There’s 6pm-6am security, the breakfast is not great but hey it’s free breakfast.

Walkable to Forks Market- all kinds of food options- and Bonnycastle Park and a long walking path along the river. Walkable to Jets home arena, Canada life Centre, for hockey fans. No night life amenities close by.

The hotel was centrally located for what we needed, it was quiet . The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was sub par. The 24hour coffee bar,.. the coffee was barely warm and the hot water for tea was ice cold. I would not stay again.

TV and phone in the room didn't work, carpet was coming up in places leaving sharp nails exposed cutting our feet. Parking was terrible had to pay and not enough spaces. The bed was old springs and very uncomfortable. We would not recomend this hotel to anyone.
