Easy walk to the canal for skating, great downtown location. Parking is a little inconvenient as there is only valet unless you want to park offsite. If you don’t plan on using your car, it’s fine. Otherwise, you need to plan ahead

We stayed in a beautiful room overlooking the park. Everybody we encountered in your establishment had a smile on their face well mannered well spoken. It was wonderful definitely will return.

It was great, people were helpful and friendly. Stayed here specifically for the hot tub & sauna but turns out the sauna wasn't co-ed and the hot tub had kids jumping off the side of it and a layer of film on top of the water so unfortunately neither of these options worked out but the location was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Even though the room was right beside the elevator, even as a light sleeper, I didn't hear much hallway noise at all.

Very frustrating experience at the hotel. Your feedback highlights several important issues, including:
Excessive Security Deposit: Asking for a deposit three times the room cost is quite unusual and can be off-putting for guests.
Cleanliness: Dirty carpets in the lobby during your entire stay is unacceptable for any hotel, as first impressions matter.
Parking Costs: Charging $40 per day for parking, especially when cheaper options are available nearby, can feel exploitative.
Noise Issues: Loud flushing toilets can definitely disrupt the comfort of your stay, and privacy concerns with a sliding bathroom door without a lock
Fairmont or Westin offer better services and quality for a similar price and realistic deposits.
