We arrived by motorcycle. In the morning we found clean rags on them to wipe off the rain/dew from the previous night. I have never had this done before and thought it was a special touch.

Been to this facility multiple times for accomodations for medical reasons/appts including all the seasons. Always been a pleasure, they are disabled friendly with spacious, wheelchair accessible rooms, wide well lit hallways, an accessible pool, and easy in and out entranceway, lots of parking, and willing to assist anyways possible to help make your stay more accommodating. Fortunately I always had a chaperone along to assist me. But when they didnt know that, staff offered to get me to a table with my food so my hands were free to navigate the way.

Been to this facility multiple times for accomodations for medical reasons/appts including all the seasons. Always been a pleasure, they are disabled friendly with spacious, wheelchair accessible rooms, wide well lit hallways, an accessible pool, and easy in and out entranceway, lots of parking, and willing to assist anyways possible to help make your stay more accommodating. Fortunately I always had a chaperone along to assist me. But when they didnt know that, staff offered to get me to a table with my food so my hands were free to navigate the way.

Hotel is fairly new, and nice. Breakfast area was messy and tables needed to be wiped more often. Plugs on bedside lamp were not designed well and we had to unplug lamp, and use inconvenient plug below bedside table to plug in CPAP and charge devices.

didnt appreciate the Wifi going off line... we arrived 25 minutes before 3pm.. desk girl said the room was not ready... siad it will take 10 minutes ... at 3pm she packed her bags and left.. the other girl said we had towait.. there was nobody in the hotel... i have never encountered that long wait at any time...plus my partner was oxygen and i need toset up his machine... first time withb Microtel ...just might be the last time.

The hotel was super quiet, which is what i look for in a traveler hotel. Staff were friendly, efficient. The room was great, but both hvac unit and the fridge were brutally loud, cycling on and off all night. I turned off the hvac, but couldn't escape the fridge noise. Unfortunately it rules out a future stay.
