We enjoyed our stay. For our Anniversary we we wanted a room with a jetted tub near Toronto without spending a ridiculous amount. The Cleopatra suite at the Monte Carlo was perfect. We liked that there were two tvs so that you could watch from the tub as well as from the bed. The room was comfy and clean although a little outdated. The breakfast was very basic. Coffee, orange juice, toast and muffins. Nothing hot.

Chambre tres decevente en plus de ne pas etre tres propre. Suite tres petite, le bain avait une couche de crasse, les draps etait taché en plus d'avoir trouvé des objets et de la salté sous et derriere les meubles.

There's no Trolley to take your bags upstairs. The reception is a few stairs up, it was very difficult to take the bags from the vehicle through the hallway in the basement to the elevator, then through heavy doors to your room.

Older property and on a very busy street. Good value, but you need your own transportation in this part of town because it's on the border of Mississauga and Toronto, so aside from taxis and Uber, public transit is not easily accessible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel, but the staff try very hard to address any issues. There were a few maintenance issues with our room, but they were addressed. The breakfast area is way too small. We like that they offer a basic continental breakfast but need to find a bigger space for it.

THE HOTEL IS NEWLY REMODELED, VERY CLEAN AND PLEASANT. THE ONLY ISSUE IS OVERALL IT'S A SMALL HOTEL, ROOMS, LOBBY AND BREAKFAST AREA ARE ALL TINY. BUT FOR THE PRICE IS PERFECT.

Air conditioning not cold and loud so I couldn’t at night, the mattresses too old and not firm every time my friend moved on the bed sound like a fart!!! The room was small and the water in the shower is too strong.

We stayed her 2 night the we noticed cockroach in bathroom went to front desk showed pictures they said no cancelation and we had almost 400$ room we were forced to stay then now the manager is denying it happened they went in our room when we left and said there was nothing despite the picture and video
