I arrived to check in only to be told that the hotel has been taken over by the government to use as a quarantine center.
After some time on the phone with Orbitz, they put me in a very nice hoyrl down the street, but Motel 6 should not have let customers with reservations arrive at a site that is not operational with no notification.

This property canceled our reservation without any notification.
We still had a valid booking through Expedia however property canceled it and we’re full so would not honour our booking however offered a room at a different location for double the money for one of the 5 nights we had booked!

It was disgusting : crumbles on the floor, suspicious stain on the curtain (looking like blood), money under the beds (aka no vacuuming), lumps of hair behind the toilet, stains on the shower curtain, +++. The only clean part were the bedsheets.

I booked from August 5 to Aug 8. When I went for check in, they told me that I have to check out on Aug 7. There was no room cleaning, or fresh towel during our stay. The staff were very rude and short tempered. The location was very close to stores, superstore, Walmart, gas stations but the motel, staff and services was disappointing.

Floor was sticky. The room was beyond gross. Smelled like smoke and burnt plastic. Doors in the hall were opening and closing all night. Seemed more like a brothel than a hotel. Did I mention that the floors were sticky?

Not impressed at all. Miserable front desk lady. Room was tidy but long black hairs were on the pillows. Getting more toilets was like asking for a million dollars. They “aren’t supposed to give more”, a lady on Saturday evening at front desk was amazing and gave us a new set of towels and toilet paper. Loud parties in rooms until 4am or later. Funky smell throughout motel. The tub in our room was a very odd coffin like shape with no place to LOve you back In to soak. Very disappointed. Would never stay there again or recommend this motel. Disgusting

This is a very no frills motel. No dovets, no coffee maker, no fridge. Plugs were very loose couldnt use to charge our phones. Basically just a place to lay your head. 1 night was fine but definitely wouldnt stay more then that. Also vert expensive for such a basic motel.
