I had a great sleep.

Close to city, safe. Polite staff.

Our stay here was fine. Hotel is dated, but room was clean enough. The hotel is about halfway between the old town and the downtown, so everything is quite walkable. There is a free shuttle to/from the airport, which is a plus. All the staff members that we encountered were pretty terrible though. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, and our room was not ready in time. Given extreme attitude for asking when we would be able to check in. We were checked in at 4:15. The shuttle bus driver that picked us up at the airport was unhinged. Guy literally followed a passenger off the bus to yell at them for leaving a bad tip and then told the remaining people on the bus that they shouldn’t make him angry because it makes him an unsafe driver lol

it's small and very steep

This place was terrible to stay at. The room was nasty with an old carpet. The bathroom and towels seemed suspicious. I ended up sleeping with all my clothes on. I should have trusted my instincts from the moment I stepped in, but I was too tired from my journey.

Housekeeping only changes towels and rids of garbage. Vacuum and bed are not done at all. When we questioned her, the maid said they are understaffed and she’s very tired.

Hotel is starting to show its age. My room was along the street and it was loud. Not able to run a fan cause it all it had was baseboard heaters. The window was screwed shut.

Pet friendly, wifi is slow, staff are amazing!

It was ok, I had a smell in my room Not sure it was like kind of musky damp smell.

Great place to stay, we were there for Aurora viewings and had a great stay with dining options in plenty in walkable distance. The staff were very helpful and very courteous and accommodating.

Really needs update, I had room with a kitchenette, coffee maker was filthy, carpets are terrible, wore my slippers the entire time, furniture also needs to be thrown away

The carpet was soo dirty, bedsheets not too clean, as in now offwhite its off-putting to lay in. The room was cold in the beginning but they gave me an additional blanket when i asked

We arrived and no one is manning the front desk. We waited for over 15 minutes until a couple of staff came. They clearly came from there break. No apologies, just a smirk on her face. She checked me in, gave me a key card. She was rummaging the storage under the ledge to search for a sleeve for the key cards which I interrupted after frantically searching for that keycard sleeve. I told her, it’s not necessary for me. You can hand me the cards. When we went to our room #315, it is the DIRTIEST room I’ve ever been. Sofa cushion has food residue. Just filthy. I phoned front desk “her” to ask for extra bed sheets and beddings for the sofa bed and in her uninteresting voice told me “you can go here at front to pick it up”. I was like, “W..T...F” Because I was so tired and just wanted to rest, i went down. Again, both of them were just staring on seems to be their phones. Never again on this filthy hotel

Great stay

The room was spacious and clean. The Chinese restaurant in hotel was great for a small town.
