Lovely hotel. The only issue is that you have to "request" to have your room made up, but they domt tell you this or make it obvious in any way. We got back rom skiing to a messy room and had to have them leave us towels and thats it. One would assume that housekeeping is part of the price in a 4 star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was an easy drive up to Mt. Washington and was a quiet and very comfortable place to unwind after a fun ski day. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool!

We always feel like we are on a holiday when we stay. Dogs are welcomed, you don’t feel like it’s a bother that you have one. The staff is always professional and friendly!

We have stayed here a number of times and always have looked forward to it. This time the staff was so unbelievably rude to us and friends we had staying at the hotel. Different staff at different times. Rude, dismissive, and gaslighting. It’s a shame to see it happen to such a beautiful property.

I brought my daughter for a stress free weekend. At 8am our 1st morning loud sounds of furnitue being moved, what sounded like chainsaws and then loud scraping above us
