Old Orchard Inn & Spa

J'ai aimé l'Ambiance et le personnel était super, par contre, on était 2 filles dans la chambre et le séchoir à cheveux était brisé. J'ai fait une demande au comptoir et on nous a apporté un sèchoir après une heure d'attente. On n'a pas pu se peigner comme du monde car on devait partir pour le wine fest.

What I like-my family and I had a good night sleep there, the air and temperature are perfect and pillows are great. we like the restaurants there too, the service was great for both restaurant and front desk staffs. What I don't like-it will be nice to have better quality of toilet paper. I don't like those chairs in the room because it fees like office chairs and not really comfortable to sit. Overall, we like this hotel and looking forward to next visit in summer.

Property is under renovations but it is going to look beautiful when finished. Staff was very pleasant and we had a great time with our Server Dan in the restaurant!

It was ok. Nice room. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Had an excellent deck off of the room. Easy to get to places around the area. Staff were excellent.

They were renovating; we didn’t have a television that worked and the internet was very problematic. The room was great, as was the view.

Room was nice, under construction and ice maker was broken.

Couldn't sleep good as others staying in tbe hotle were ING in t halls and slamming door at 1am in the morning

When we checked into the hotel, we were asked if we were part of a team, to which I replied "Yes, but we do not have a group booking or a team discount" We were made to sign a document, about not running in the halls or being disruptive. Then we spent the entire night listening to kids from other teams run the halls and ghost knock on doors till 3am. We paid full price as regular guests for the hotel, we just happened to be in the hotel because our kids were playing sports for the weekend, we got a lecture on how to behave when we arrived, and then other guests, who I'm assuming got a team discount, because the entire team booked rooms there, had no enforcement for any rules. It was also disappointing to not have access to tea/coffee in the lobby. It was explained to me that it was taken away due to Covid, and never returned. There were 40 kids all swimming in the same pool and sharing the hot tubs, so I'm sure if Covid was an actual concern, that would be a larger risk than having a Coffee machine and some paper cups available for guests who wake up before their family. It was 6:15am, the restaurant would not open until 7am, and the Nespresso machine would not fit on the shelf in the bathroom. So your choices if you do not want to wake the other guests in your room, are to brew your coffee on the toilet, or get in your car and drive somewhere else. As I returned from Irving, I found two other guests looking for coffee/hot water. Seems like a simple fix.

Was one of the top hotels in our 5 nights in Nova Scotia. The location was great with fabulous views. The parking was ample the rooms were amazing. Only small thing that was strange was the very strong chlorine smell from the pool despite how far away it was from the hallways.

Nice place, nice room, comfortable bed. A tad expensive.

Nice views and breakfast, room was ok, needs updating and maybe a more comfortable bed. Desk staff were great.

A beautiful, convenient spot for a family getaway. The staff was very friendly and welcoming (with the exception of the server at breakfast on Wednesday morning), and the pool hours were perfect for our three active munchkins. The dining room was under construction while we were there, and there was a conference or two onsite, but neither of these were disruptive. The only sad thing was that we were unable to access the pool-top patio due to the construction, but that just means we will have to go back again!
