I loved the location of the hotel, I loved the fact that the staff were extra friendly! There’s a restaurant that we enjoyed in the hotel, the view from the hotel was nice, the rooms themselves are very nice, and very comfortable!

Service was amazing! There was a minor issue that really was no one’s fault and the hotel went above and beyond to fix it. They also sent cake for my kids and a bottle of wine for us parents!

When we checked in we were told that renovations were being done on the top floors and we might hear a bit of noise. However a bit of noise was a total understatement. We literally had a jack hammer above our heads. It was like being in a construction site. We should have been advised at time of booking not after we checked in. We even recorded the noise as it was unbelievable. When we checked out we told the manager of the problem and shared the recording. All we got was a “sorry” and could we buy you breakfast. Very disappointed with this stay. I would have expected hotels.com to have identified this at time of booking and to at least had some better attempt by the hotel to have remedied the problem.

La chambre était bien. C’était assez bruyant cela dit, même tard en soirée. Les salles de jeux pour enfants au 4e étage auraient besoin d’un peu d’attention, mais la piscine était bien.

Staff were very friendly and room was nice, but some parts outdated. The hotel is renovating and we didn’t find out until the day before we left. So during the day we could hear the construction. Also they said they would do something special because it was a birthday trip, but they didn’t do anything until I asked our last night there.

We stayed for a weekend with many other hockey families. This hotel is great for the kids with a whole floor dedicated to a play area.
This is a typical downtown hotel, expensive underground parking, $29 a day, smaller rooms, and uncomfy beds. Only recommend if you’re looking to be downtown.

The Marriott Hotel on Kent Street is in an ideal location. It’s easy to walk to various destinations, and there’s a bus stop conveniently located just on the corner. Parking was hassle-free, which was a big plus.
I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the staff accommodated me with an early check-in. To make the experience even better, they offered me a complimentary Starbucks coffee while I waited briefly. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help whenever needed.
I was visiting for business, and both the food and service were excellent throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, attentive staff, and overall quality of service.

Great hotel with excellent staff. However parking was pricy ($23 over night min plus more if you go in and out) and there were limited restaurants open on Saturday before 4pm.

We enjoyed a lovely Christmas Dinner of turkey and all the fixings in the hotel restaurant "Spin Kitchen and Bar". The staff were aware of our allergies and were very helpful in choosing the safe foods to eat. The seafood chowder was great! The staff of the hotel were also very friendly and helpful.

We extended our stay from a previous reservation and everything was handled within 2 minutes with a very helpful representative. We didn't even have to leave our room. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open throughout the day during any of our stay. We attended a hockey game on New Year's Eve, hoping to return to the hotel for a drink at midnight but were disappointed to discover the bar was not open. We had asked for a late check out on New Year's Day but when we needed an extra few minutes, the representative at the front desk told us we had 15 minutes or we were going to be charged for another day. Everything during our stay was good, but this left a bad last impression of the hotel and we question whether we will return.
