Great space, great location! Biggest issue was the bed had hard edges and we caught our shins on them! The kitchenette was full, too bad there was no freezer, but great staff!

Well located , quiet, clean !

Water slide was not open when it clearly said pool open until 10pm. I wish their site said that the water slide had different hours. Water slide was only open until 8pm, we got in there before 8pm and it was already closed. The person at the front desk was very rude about it and was annoyed that I asked why it was only open until 8pm. I would rather stay at a different hotel with better service for the price that we paid to stay here for ONE night with my family. Also the hot tub didn’t work, the water was warm almost cold! The beds were comfy but too soft because myself and daughter kept rolling to the middle of the bed which was annoying all night. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Ground floor room next to highway. Very noisy

I don’t often leave reviews but from check in to check out there was so many issues. The front end staff were not inviting no cheerful welcome. Check in was extremely slow and the front end looks very unorganized. We were given a pet friendly room when we did not request this. Once checked in the room smelled like dogs! I requested a room change but they said they didn’t have an another room available, we were right next to the restaurant and it was extremely noisy after the quiet hours of 9 pm. The beds were soo soft ours dipped into the middle and it was soo noisy all night. The pool has a waterslide but the attendant that was observing would shut it during the hours of operation 4-8 and leave and the kids need to go and request for it to be opened again. The restaurant was also average we didn’t not receive our 25% off for our food bill. I would personally not stay at this hotel again for the cost of the room per night and service received it was very subpar. I am soo disappointed as I have stayed Amat many other prestige hotels and never had this type of experience.

Great stay, would definitely stay again

This hotel was totally comfortable and the service was good. The only issue was that we booked it because it has a waterslide and the water slide had very specific hours so we didn't get to use it which was dissapointing.

Very nice

I like the location of this hotel. It was clean staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom door was different. I didn’t like the water slide closed at 8pm and the bed frames they are at knee or chin level hit our legs few times.

Amazing customer service!

Everything is brand new and appears to be recently built. The room has that new smell. I'd recommend

This hotel was a nicely renovated and has a great restaurant on site! The only minor complaint I have is that there is no smart TV in the room.

I was assigned a room on first floor near lobby and the restaurant. Horrible. Imagine sleeping in grill fumes!

The room and the Hotel helt barren and cold, The lighting in the room was terrible, No teapot to make a cup of tea, overall not a very welcoming atmosphere. Would not recommend.

Great front desk staff, polite and welcoming. Kids enjoyed the pool, good onsite restaurant. Rooms were nice and comfortable

This was a beautiful stay. The hot tub pool and waterside were all great. Looking forward to the next visit.
