Staying only one night to rest from a long driving, but we can hear all kind of noise, sound, voice from the room next to ours and/or from outside of the building. Hence not so easy to rest or even for talking (no privacy)

Rude staff. Had issues at checkin, waterslide is only available 4-8pm. Staff in pool area argued about my son being tall enough....we had to prove it. Then....after my son went down only twice the staff member said my son "looked uncomfortable" so for safety he could no longer use the slide. NEVER AGAIN AT A PRESTIGE PROPERTY!!!
