Everything was good, clean, good pool and amenities, great staff, ac and heat worked amazingly etc.
The problem was the room we were in, with two queen beds both mattresses were SO uncomfortable, with one really sunk in the middle, I’m not sure if the frame was also broken but the mattress was actually in a bowl shape lol. Baby had to sleep in his play pen as he kept rolling into the middle it was so slanted, thus we were too uncomfortable to sleep, and woke up quite sore. Otherwise great stay.

I have decided to stay at this location for these work trips, but for some reason when I got in early they didnt seem to really want to assist in getting into a room a bit earlier, then they said they would calle,never did

I had booked this hotel because it was pet friendly and had cribs (I called to make sure). I called TWICE about having the crib set up in the room as we’d be arrive around midnight. When we check in, the crib was not there. We went to go ask and they said ‘we don’t have cribs here’. Awful
