Nice place quiet neighbourhood out back

A little hard to get in parking lot if coming from south and hard to see traffic when trying to get out from the North

While still under renos, the property seemed very clean and well run

While the hotel is rather dated, the staff was very friendly and helpful and a good continental breakfast.

Didn’t like the hot tub was broken! I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub! No mention of it being broken!!!!

Room was quiet and clean but we got very little sleep due to the bright light located right outside the window. They are installed outside EVERY.SINGLE. WINDOW!!!

The property is under renovation so it was a bit disheveled although I’m sure it will be great once it is all done. It was explained that we were in a newly renovated room however it seems that they are opening rooms to be rented that have not been completely finished, or at least have final inspections and ensure everything is working. Not all the room was renovated or new, the tub plug wouldn't work (I was going to have a bath since the hot tub wasn’t wasn’t open), tub was old and water stained, I had a shower instead and the water was only lukewarm even though I had it turned to the hottest setting, the chair in the room was old and stained, drapes were old and the rod to open and close was broken and on the floor, there was still a dust cover on the smoke alarm on the ceiling, and several areas around doors and windows just didn’t look finished. It does have new flooring and beds, and the beds and pillows were comfy. The staff were friendly. The breakfast that was included, like most hotels that offer it, had very little for dairy free/gluten free options. Hopefully once reno’s are complete they will have a better offering!

Good for the price

We booked this hotel because of the hot tub but weren't notified that hot tub was not working until check in. Also, the rooms were not presentable and you could hear everyone in the rooms beside us. Very thin walls. I was disappointed and when asking about any compensation for the hot tub closure, was told oh you booked with expedia, you have to go through them. Very frustrating

When we arrived the king pet room wasn’t available; eventually the manager and night person made arrangements that were fine. But the property is not as advertised on Hotels.com: it’s an older place recently purchased by Prestige and starting to be renovated. None of the pictures were close to reality. Pet friendly meant we were charged $30/night for our 5# dog- rates used by fancy hotels, not motel 6 level! No outside walking areas, ice covered parking. It was clean but we had to ask for fresh towels 2nd day. It was most expensive place in Quesnel and definitely not the best. The staff were very friendly and made the best of it but both Prestige and Hotels.com are responsible for very misleading, inaccurate and expensive charges

The hot tub is under maintenance. The signage is not updated to read "Prestige" it still reads "Quality inn". Im not happy because i was just here a few nights ago. I booked here specifically because i wanted a hot tub. Tonight i booked through Expedia and it read "Prestige" i called ahead to confirm my room had a kitchenette and front desk confirmed yes but when i check in there is no kitchenette and no hot tub! What a complete waste of a booking.
