Nice hotel

Great hotel, staff was amazing, and check-in fast. Restaurant food was quite good but very rich.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions. We love the location and the rooms are all well appointed. We also love to dine at the hotel restaurant. Food is excellent and the service is impeccable. Thank you to the whole staff for providing guests with such wonderful facilities.

A fantastic location. Great brewery near by. And right across from the water!

Simple, great food in restaurant...breakfast and dinner. There were no towel rods in the bathroom...nowhere at all to hang a wet towel.

Dining pricy

Warm and welcoming staff, very soft robes, lovely sauna, and great restaurant. Hard to beat!

Great place! No elevator!

We like the in house new year special dining option. Restaurant management was extremely helpful in finding us a table at the last minute. And the third year in a row we enjoyed our new year's get away mini break. All in all, a wonderful experience which we highly recommend.

Good but lampshades etc needed dusting and carpets should be vacuumed daily.mini bar should also be replenished daily. All amenities close at 10 pm including front desk staff! No ice available after ten. Front desk manned by night accountant. No elevator. Not disabled friendly. Situated in room over noisy garbage canister… delivery and pickup at 7 am! Families with children should not be situated near elderly as they thunder up and down hallways. Supervision over underaged children not enforced at pool.

I love that it is across the road from the beach! The restaurant is first class. Easy access to the area! Friendly staff! Clean!!

Rooms and the entire facility was very nice, clean and extremely spacious. Staff was super friendly, check in was quick and easy. Just 2 gripes: 1) the fan in the bathroom didn't have an on/off switch. It was some dumb programmable keyboard that you couldn't operate without a manual, so taking a shower or using the toilet were a big problem. 2) Worst pillows we've ever encountered, way too thick and firm, and all the pillows were the same, no variety. If you're going to put 4 pillows on the bed make them different so people can choose the best match for themselves. Between the horribad pillows and the dip in the mattress (which EVERY hotel has since they can't be bothered to use pure latex mattresses) it was one of the worst night's sleeps we've had in a long time. Other than that the hotel was fantastic.

TV volume died on us and not another unit available. Was offered different room but significantly different beds. Hot tub heater not working and bathtub drain extremely slow. Sadly not compensated for these issues.

The only issue was the parking

Everything in the room was great, very clean and spacious.
