Quality Inn & Conference Centre Downtown

Front desk Misty really friendly and welcoming. Elevator dirty. Haven't had breakfast yet.

Good spot close to downtown. Be weary of the soup kitchen around the corner and its….. visitors. And don’t leave anything in your car

It was challenging to get to the entrance. First you drive up a hill (slipper, even though it was sanded) and verge to the left and go down a rough decline. Not much parking by the entrance, to drop off passagers or luggage. Check in was quick and easy. Had mats from the entry to the front of desk. Needed 1 more from the desk to elevator to prevent falls. Room were what was expected. Turned on all light switches and only bathroom came on. Needed to walk into room and turn on nightstand lights. Shower was very hot. Need to be careful. Pressure not the best. Breakfast was disappointing. Both Saturday and Sunday at around 8am. Very little to none of hashbrown, sausage and eggs. First day girl apologies, stating she was alone, can only cook 1 thing at a time and it takes 20 minutes to cook. Then tells me that there is 120 guests. If you know you gave 120 guest would you not know how to be organize and prepared? This seems to be a continuous problem from what i read in the reviews. I would be more understanding if this was a weekday. Overall it was good value for what we paid for the room.

We had a nice stay at the downtown Quality Inn in Sudbury Ontario. Decent hotel and the price was right! Nice staff for sure!

We didn't notice anything bad about our room, until I woke up with bite marks down my arm! We searched the room for bedbugs and didn't see any sign of them, but I got bit by something!

Breakfast was good and also a good selection, room was clean and quiet. Would stay there again.

The Inn is located in a difficult area of Sudbury. The parking lot is in desperate need of asphalt repair/paving. The room was comfortable, though the toilet plugged on our final day & my wife sustained an injury when she stepped on a toothpick which Housekeeping had obviously missed on the carpet. The toothpick pierced her foot and drew blood. Since we were due to be on a walking trip, this injury marred our stay. Finally, the primary elevator was out of service at the time of our departure. Breakfast was good, room was warm & snug / beds were clean / did not try the Indian Food restaurant.

The neighbor's room was so loud all night till 5 am. I called the desk by 3:30 am to complain but it did not change anuthing!!

Needs a full revamp. Hotel is close to a soup kitchen. It’s a rough neighborhood. It was well overpriced for the area.

Was busy, maybe a full house. Found it hard to park as large commercial vehicles Tok UPA lit of space

Isolated hotel right next to a soup kitchen where there's around 40 homeless people on the streets. Non stop banging and what sounded like construction noises throughout the night. Wallpaper was peeling off, ceiling had water damages. Wall was paper thin, I could hear everything. Definitely want worth the price of the stay

Hotel is in a very sketchy area, and right near a train track. We were on the second floor and it was noisy (street/rail). Guy at the front desk was very pleasant, and helpful. Hallways were dirty, floors sticky. Bathroom floors in our room was dirty. Clock not changed from daylight savings 2 weeks ago. Don’t stay here.
