The staff were kind. From front desk to housekeeping to shuttle driver. The only comment I want to suggest is the variety of food during breakfast time. We stayed there for 5 days and during those 5 days it was the same options every single day.

Bathroom was under water
They switched use rooms 4 times all rooms where used and dirty staff didn’t even have them turned over 1 am finally got into a room that was kinda clean.
Cheap sloppy Reno’s that a 10 year old could have done.
Runned down place
To bad but lesson learned will not stay there again

I asked front desk for a sink to rinse my lunch containers as I came to hotel from two days of working construction on the road, they told me to rinse them in the men’s washroom. I told them this is something very poor practice when it come to cleanliness as the washroom is for number 1 & number 2 and they didn’t seem to understand what I was saying and thought it was funny. I guess it was a good sign to skip the free breakfast. Very disappointing standard of cleanliness and customer care. Washroom is for number 1 & 2 that’s it.

Not only was the staff rude and impatient, the hotel itself was below average; garbage littered the halls, paper thin walls flooded the rooms with sound and broken amenities were left untreated (lights, fan, hairdryer, etc...). Overall not a pleasant experience.
