We should have gotten a shuttle from the Toronto Airport and all we got when we called was elevator music. After a long time waiting and calling, I ended up spending $45 on a taxi! They were unwilling to cover this expense

The receptionist has no sense of gesture and welcoming guest. They just behave like they are doing just their job. This was the first hotel I've seen in my life where water bottles are not given in the room. You have to buy the water as well. The breakfast is low quality. There is no room phone functioning so you have to call reception by your phone each time to get something. Overall, this place shouldn't be eligible to call as a hotel officially.

Check was easy, room was clean, hallways were clean, coffee and tea in room. It was the perfect spot to stay before our flight out.
Only issue we had is bussing... There are 2 Quality Inns and both buses come to the same spot... Get on the right one or you will be at the wrong hotel.

Price is good for the area, free shuttles were great.
The problem with the hotel is that you are on the approach path for one of the runways, so expect noise of landing aircraft.
Though later at night, the planes do not land with as much frequency as the daytime. Unfortunately this is replaced by an automated security system of the next door car sales lot.
Which tends to blurt out your on private property warnings when people enter the area.
Request the non-facing car lot rooms.

The tv went in and out. Kept freezing. Unable to watch some channels wouldn’t even work. Apparently the whole hotel has this problem, according to the maintenance guy.
Toilet was running when we arrived. Maintenance came back 3x and finally got it resolved.

Usually stay here often, but lately the staff has just become less helpful, more incompetent. They make no effort to even replace the toiletries after another visitor has stayed. Bed sheets are dusty and just restocked, furniture is a hazard.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. My room’s light was not working. I wasn’t offered a different room. Maintenance was offered and they didn’t fix the light but made sure the other lamps in the room were working properly. The chairs in the room, you could see the dust on them so I placed a towel from the bathroom on one chair to sit and eat my delivery. Woke up in the morning and my nose was dripping from the dust which was somewhere in the room
