From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful, especially the wonderful individuals at the front desk and in the kitchen. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The breakfast was also a fantastic, truly second to none. I had a delightful experience at this property.

Everything was great! We decided to stay one more night. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, the room had a work table, and a tv we enjoyed. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Plus free Breakfast and airport shuttle were an amazing addition :) We also utilized the lobby work station after checkout until we left.

The room’s door had to be lifted to close, shower water temp would fluctuate every 30 seconds, and the washroom sink was not draining properly, it would fill up in 10 seconds. The room was poorly sound proofed, you’d hear every plan arriving/leaving the airport and every small movement in the hallway. Staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good. You get what you pay for.

The room is quiet small than expected. There was a common room right next to our room where many people were sitting and was quite noisy till midnight so loud that it was well audible from inside the room. The housekeeping was not complete like they did not provide water bottles inside the room and we had to in person collect it at the reception. The toiletries like shampoo were half used by people who stayed before and not replaced when we got the room.The lighting inside the room was very poor with only table lamps with dim lights.

Wifi and netflix did not work informed staff nothing was done. No need to use room key to enter building including back doors , wide open to the public. Bathrooms remain cold .

It’s a decent cheap hotel. Never felt unsafe, but it was in poor condition. Lobby reeked of weed. Updates to the room looked incomplete and hot water ran out in just a few minutes. Shuttle took over an hour to get me at the airport. Try somewhere closer to downtown if you’re going to Toronto.

Staff never responded for any thing I asked. no cleaning for room. They not supplied any stuff like shampoo, soap when its finished even I asking them many times. Bad hotel never advance any one to try it
