While checking in, the staff was more attentive to the delivery driver than me. She stopped the check-in with me to have an entire conversation with the driver and then left her desk (and me) to grab him a water. The hotel is okay; beds were clean and comfortable, the food was decent the hotel was overall average. Stains on the carpet and the ceiling just demonstrates the age and past attention the hotel has been given. The faucet for the bathtub leaked the entire time we were there. Even though planes were flying super close, the noise was not noticeable at all. Overall, it's a place to sleep comfortably but that's about it.

Initially due to reading past reviews I was skeptical on how this hotel would be . Well when we arrived we called the hotel and within 10-15 minutes we were picked up . It was an unmarked vehicle so for two females my only suggestion for hotel staff would be to let customers know it maybe unmarked as we were nervous about going with the driver. Once we arrived we were greeted and told to enjoy breakfast which was fantastic. Our room was not ready due to 3 pm check ,it was only 9am , and as it was a busy Saturday we went shopping . The staff went above and beyond doing their best to get us in earlier . We stayed over a week and every employee we encountered from the front desk , cleaning staff, and wonderful ladies serving breakfast were so friendly and accommodating to myself and my daughter. Though this hotel is only considered 2.5 star as some things are a little dated its not the Hilton but for the price I paid I was extremely impressed!! Free shuttle service , great breakfast, restaurants in walking distance, and the best part is the friendly and efficient staff. We would definitely return to the hotel and recommend to others.

Hallway was dirty. Sheets did not smell clean. The was a woman camping out in the lobby the whole time I was there who appeared to be homeless

Breakfast is ok but far from great. The breakfast room is so tiny it makes it difficult to enjoy your breakfast. Bed comfort is average. You can hear the planes all night. If you can afford the Holiday Inn Express next door, I’d recommend you do that. Strange people hanging out day and night in the lobby…

Staff was great and very helpful.Airport shuttle was very convenient. Close to the airport. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Overall this was a good stay.

Not too keen on having to walk up stairs carrying bags to get to the room.

The hotel is dated but clean. The bed is very firm and comfortable and its free airport transfer is certainly a plus point. We like breakfast which is very generous and with sufficient variety.

The hotel needs an update. Some visitors left used towels outside their door overnight. We only stay in the hotel during late evening until the morning and go outside to go around the city. Overall it was good stay. Breakfast was filling and have lot of choices.
