Me and my daughter spent 4 nights there and it’s a very cozy hotel with lots of restaurants in a decent walking distance and the front counter lady didn’t hurt the eyes either.

The front desk said that shuttle was on a first come first serve, but already better to reserve. I did not reserve, but chose to take my chances. I arrived 10 min early and the shuttle was there, empty. He would not take me on an empty shuttle without going to the front desk to put my name on the reservation list. Then he left without me. Super rude. I will never be treated like that again.

I brought it to the front desk personal and requested changing the room. He simply said that there are no other rooms available. We were extremely tired so we got a new sets of towels. Workers were very nice. The hotel has old carpets with duct tape in the seems. The gargage dumps were always overfilled and old mettresses piled at the back.

Tried to check in at 9:00 PM but the room wasn’t ready. It took 30 min to find a room that was ready - I don’t understand as the check in time is 3:00PM and I had a confirmed reservation. There was no apology. I have stayed here before and have never had this kind of problem. After traveling all day this was not appreciated.
