They cancelled the booking before we even arrived. Expedias option to pay at the hotel doesnt actually mean you pay at the hotel. It means that they attempt to charge you while on your flight and notified only when you get to the hotel that your bookings cancelled. Read the google reviews for this place too. Mostly awful reviews

Everything was very good but one thing I really don’t like that quality inn has kept a lady in the hotel who was mentally disturbed.. in the morning when breakfast happens she comes for breakfast with all her luggage bags and sits on the chair and disturb everyone. We can see and feel she is mentally unfit . I saw that she was snatching the chair where people are already sitting, being touchy with everyone clicking people’s photo from her phone. And non stop talking and shouting doing actions.. also I saw she snatched a tissue from a women’s hand and she was also scared as she was sitting with here baby. After asking a staff who was she,?they said she is staying here from last one month and already paid one month amount. But it’s really unsafe for other people who are staying.

Had issues with the room, the staff changed it but the new room had water dripping marks in the bathroom. The room 232 was right opposite to the service room where you can see all the service materials kept and the door was left open all the time. The breakfast was decent. The staff were very courteous.

Overnight stay. Single female traveling, placed on a ground floor room that leads out to a parking lot with sliding doors that do not lock!!!! I slept with chairs against the sliding door the entire night because I was so scared someone would come in. Dirty, smelly, outdated room. Uncomfortable, lumpy bed. Noisy, old AC unit. Unbelievable!!!

If not for the kind front desk staff, this would be a 1 star review. Rooms are dated, dingy and dirty. We could not believe what we saw upon our stay. Broken shower heads, bugs coming from the drains, water stains on the roof, stains on the bed. The hotel looks nothing like its photos, the irony of it being called the QUALITY Inn, was the best part. I would have rather slept on the airport floor, or perhaps the pavement outside ScotiaBank Arena. Would not recommend staying here, ever.

Checked in for Saturday to Tuesday, no hot water. Spoke to the front desk 3 times about it and they claimed maintenance was coming, no one ever showed. Then spoke to an employee about extending my stay, she said no issues no problem, the next day the front desk is calling down the room phone AT 4PM? Well after checkout .. saying why are you still in the room? This place is a joke.. these people don’t know what’s going on within their own establishment but are so quick to be rude to customer. I recorded the last interaction I had asking for the hot water.. and until I said that, they didn’t care nothing about it
