The location was quite good, close to two supermarkets and various fast food places. The Independent store has great cheap hot foods. Also a transit bus stop close-by behind the hotel to go downtown, as well as the Trans Canada walking trail beside the Yukon River that's very nice.
The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating towards my elderly mom who can't walk much, they even allowed us to switch rooms to have a better view for her. It's not a fancy hotel but it's clean and has the essentials. The restaurant next door serves great food too. Would stay there again. The airport shuttle is shared among 3 hotels so watch for the stickers on the colourful bus.

Part of the hotel is currently under renovation, but the room was quiet. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great for walking to restaurants and grocery store. Pet friendly!

They were under exterior construction, no parking, no continental breakfast, only decaf coffee in room, room missing half of the door safety lock, not enough towels, staff not friendly. Went to use the bathroom in the lobby and it was locked, staff did not offer to unlock it, just stared at me. UGH

The wifi was buffering throughout our stay, the front desk staff was clueless on how to fix it.
It is newly renovated, the bathroom door didn't fit so it wouldn't close correctly.
