My stay was amazing, staff was really helpful for me, and very polite and friendly. Best sleep l had in a long time , bed was so very comfortable. I will definitely return. Breakfast thumbs up was very good stayed February 5 going to rreturn on the 21st

The hotel is shabby at best. Outside and the lobby are deceiving. The hallways to the rooms smell and the carpeting is grubby.
Despite this the bed was relatively comfortable. Our price included breakfast which was not terrible.
The website states that the shuttle runs until 12:30 am, so we took an uber there at around 01:30 however the counter checkin agent told us the shuttle actually runs 24 hours a day now.
The rate was fair and knowing we would only be there to sleep a few hours it was acceptable. We ended up needing an extra night but we chose to go somewhere else.

It is a good, basic hotel. Our room had been renovated recently but the quality was poor. Lighting in the room was dim, some lightbulbs did not work, there was an electrical outlet not secured to the wall which could be a major safety hazard.

The parking lot is a mess. Limited spots with mountains of snow. If you didn’t have 4 wheel drive you wouldn’t be able to get into a spot. While the front staff was friendly, when asking them about parking their response was “we have a shovel if you need to clear a spot for yourself”. Unacceptable

I arrived late at night and discovered that the bathroom had a clogged toilet. In addition, at 7 am a maid woke me up knocking on the door insistently just to ask if I would vacate the room at 11 am. In addition to the musty smell in the room that made me throw up all night. Extremely bad experience.

The staff was amazing. Unfortunately there was no hot water. I tried taking a shower that night and there was none what so ever so I got up earlier the next morning and I got about 2 minutes of warm and then right cold after. The reception desk gave me an email to ask for some conpensation. I have no name just an email. So I will try.

This place was like the lowest of motels. Only thing clean was the floor and sheets. I wouldn’t even sit on the chairs in the room. Had to put sheets on them.

Okay for the price. I tried to book the special for $82, could not get it. Booked king bed for $90 for the extra space. On arrival I was put up in the $82 special room, no discounts or reasonable explanation
