As always staffs were very friendly and accommodating upon check in, during and checkout was smooth and easy. The room was spacious but washroom was tiny squeezed for tub and toilet. The wash sink is separated by the bathroom door which is accessible for everyone. The sink draining system takes awhile tho, informed the front desk already to fix it for future booking. The pool is huge to cater everyone. It was a busy weekend people come and go but staff always make sure the towels are filled with clean towels which was good. They have breakfast as well. It was worth the stay. We’ll definitely recommend this place to family and friends tho it seems old already but they’re having renovations.

Room was spacious but washroom was too small that you have to squeezed in yourself to get in as toilet was too close behind the door. Hand wash area was separated from the bathroom which is convenient. The room is great for big families and extended relatives or friends adjoining rooms available on both sides of the room. The pool is big with slide and hot tub. Breakfast available. The place is accessible and a lot of choices to go around in the city. Great weekend at Grande Prairie AB

I would have given a 5 start if parking was easier to find due to shift trade workers taking over it.

It was ok, we were unable to adjust the thermostat and tried but wouldn’t let us. Then Tv didn’t work so let them know.

I planned a weekend with all 6 of my 7 grandchildren! It was my birthday celebration! We went for dinner at Mr. Mikes just across the street from the hotel! We then went to the hotels pool & water slide and spent the evening in the pool or the fabulous hot tub! Not a lukewarm hot tub and a hot tub made by Canadians for Canadian lol! So great! The room was large with 3 beds, microwave stove (full size) & fridge …also full size! A little kitchen sink and dishes along with a dishwasher too! The hotel, although fairly busy was so quiet. I would recommend this hotel again! It was fantastic!

Super awesome staff very pleasant and went the extra mile to help out with anything and everything we needed. Room very clean, and quite nice. Pool area was super clean and fun water slide. Hot tub was magnificent. Overall was a great stay, awesome experience.

I give this a 5star all the way around..it was an added bonus that we had a walkout from our room to a patio (convenient for smokers,pet owners and kids). The hot breakfast was a hit with kids and grownups.
