The hotel was good value for the money. Unfortunately the shower was very low pressure o the 4th floor. The mattress was very soft and only had a partial mattress cover and 1 sheet on it which came off easily so the mattress was exposed.
Breakfast was good although access was small and limited. Free 24 hr coffee and tea machine was great and the hotel was very clean and conveniently situated.

The power was out for most of the day, and the hotel staff had no problem solving skills to deal with the situation. Also, we wanted to check out an hour late and they said no. Property was fine but the staff and hospitality was poor.

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn and Suites in Kingston. My room was quite good. I could not change the temperature though and although it was quite warm when I first got there it cooled a bit by the time I had to sleep. The breakfast was fine. There were quite a few selections. The egg dish was a bit dry but tasted good.
