The hotel was super clean, there is a direct shuttle from the airport at any time. However the only inconvenient is that the hotel is next to the highway, which makes it a bit noisy at night. Thus, a bit uncomfortable if you are a light sleeper. Nevertheless it is a great option, will definitely consider booking here again.

At 9am we were woken up by cleaning staff walking right into our room while we slept. It terrified to wake up to someone in our room. Told the front desk as we were leaving. He felt bad and gave us the managers email. I will write them when i get home but expected the manager would have called

The staff would not change the date of my stay as they had 2 days earlier when my plane got changed to another day. They changed it then. But when I rebooked it was for May 26 th not April 26 th and they refused to help. They will get my 200$ and I will get no service. The front desk could have adjusted it like before. The guy wasn't nice to me and said that he didn't need to help or be friendly with people who placed 3rd party bookings. They won't return my calls to just take the booking an place it for Dec 11th when I return to Mexico . The front desk person seemed like an unhappy man who doesn't want to help and for all I know he will pocket the money I paid for the reservation. I recommend you speak to the manager or the front desk guy and find out the problem. Remove their Hotel from you Hotel list in Dorval.

It’s proximity to the airport. Rooms are not properly maintained and only 1 elevator which is at one end of the rooms.

Customer service was subpar. Took forever to get served and it looked like we were disturbing them. The room is basic for the price we paid. The parking lot did not look safe. There were suspicious people hanging out in the parking lot. Would not recommend at the expensive rate they charge.

My visit was not good. I was only at the hotel for a few hours, then we had an incident. This person came out every few hours yelling and screaming, then banging on the walls. The hotel is aware of this person and is housing this person and cannot remove them.
