Terrible experience. Loud in the halls, two fire alarms, very poorly maintained. Dirty and stained carpets. Stains on sheets, and black mould in the bathroom. Deeply regret staying here.
We used the shuttle to get to and from the airport. They overbooked the shuttle and we ended up having to have kids on laps. Waited 50 mins for the shuttle upon our return. I had to follow up while we were waiting and the receptionist told me it was likely due to traffic. They are less than a click away from the airport. There was no traffic.
Our mistake and unfortunate experience is your gain. Stay somewhere else.

A Bar on the next property outside our window. Big party on the Friday night. Saturday night was quiet. Also a Lexus car had its back window smashed out. It was just outside next to the office - strange. Fire alarm
Went off at 1:30 a.m. perhaps staff set it off to scare the person breaking into the car. Location for us was good. Beds large and comfortable. 2nd bedroom could use a new set of curtains as holes and rips let in the street light. Price was good as we really only needed a clean room and comfortable bed to sleep in. Included serve yourself full breakfast.

The hallways were very dirty and there were cockroaches in our room and the hallway including dead ones. We brought a couple down to show the staff on duty, to which she said the manager would deal with us in the morning and assured us something would be done but in the meantime switched us to the other side of the hotel as it was 330am and we were unable to get another hotel elsewhere. Well speaking to the staff we noticed traps for insects on their desk and around the front lobby. Spoke to the manager in the am, and she said the best she could do was switch us rooms to which they did and there was nothing else they could do. Extremely unsanitary and horrible customer service.
