The friendly staff and the nostalgic atmosphere will make you feel nostalgic. You may be surprised because it is not a typical modern hotel.

No housekeeping during my three nights stay. I had to use the same towel for three nights.

部屋はオシャレで広々としていましたが、前に泊まった客が使ったコーヒーがそのままコーヒーマシンに残っていました。 外では奇声を発するケベコワの女性が騒いでいて、窓のカーテンが中途半端な作りで、中が見えそうな状態に気をつ使いました。

The staffs were nice and kind. The shuttle service was very good. They gave us a breakfast bag the next morning because we left too early for breakfast. However, some lights in the room didn’t work.

blanket, sheets and towel have not been changed for three days. Shampoo and shower Gel was not available entirely in all rooms. receptionist was very rude and non-responsive.

The room was sparce but clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. It appears the hotel is being renovated to some extent. The carpet in the corridors are extremely dirty. The interior of the elevator is very dirty. You would not expect to pay $200 per night for a property in this state of disrepair. I spoke to the front desk clerk in English and she then proceeded to ask me to sign a document written in French saying I understood the policies of the hotel. I asked for the information in English but she was not able to provide it. There is no place within walking distance to eat when you check-in in the evening. Despite being told the airport shuttle was on its way, we waited 1+ hours for the shuttle but it only takes about 6 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. I would not recommend this property.

This was a great option for our layover in Montreal! Close to the airport, free shuttle, and a nice included breakfast. There are lots of restaurants around too if you want to go out or order something in.

Front staff was very helpful and kind!!

I will give one star. The toilet wasn’t stable at all. There was yelling and noise you have to ask for room service, and the most annoying thing was that people outside or near your room make so much noise. Spider webs outside the hotel, people smoking outside, long wait time for the receptionist, card didn’t even work. Only slight upside was the breakfast. Safe to say, I got terrible sleep and you might as well

DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION !!! Also, were unwilling to assist in a difficult and unexpected situation

Breakfast is good.. plus the free parking! Great place to stay with family.

Le positif est que c'est assez loin de l'aéroport pour ne pas entendre les décollages. Il y a aussi beaucoup de commerce et de services non loin de l'hotel

It was very good byt not excellent. The elevator rug smells. No cups in the coffee machine and when we asked the night receptionist, said no cups but they are visible on the back office. Room is very good, comfortable bed. Breakfast lady very nice annd accomodating. Otherwise very good.
