Had a fantastic stay, enjoyed the view of the harbour and some mountains. Had a delicious breakfast that was included. Only down side to the building is you could hear people walking on the upper levels but after 11pm it was very quiet.

Cold small snack as a "breakfast" a bit disappointed for what we paid for one night. Not much to do around, (was there on April) but I did enjoyed the quietness of Port Hardy. My room was ok, but washroom could have a better cleaning. Staff was friendly, but again, a yogurt, an orange and cold boiled egg as a "breakfast" was disappointed.
My room had a nice view to the marine, and it was very quiet at night for a great sleep.

A really nice location on the water. Friendly staff. Nice room. Pet friendly. Our only big complaint is that the restaurant was closed so had to order out for pizza, which they delivered to the room on time! Their idea of breakfast was not cool. It was like a bagged lunch (and yes it was in a paper bag to take with you) for your 6 yr old. It had a juice box, muffin, hard boiled egg, yogurt and an apple in it. I’d rather have a coffee and a muffin or cereal and sitting at a table. But if we go back we will inquire about the “breakfast included” and if the restaurant is open!!!

Liked the view of the Marina. Wd be nice to have microwave in the room. There is one in the loby. Take away breakfast in the fridge and coffee available in the loby at 5 AM. Thank you.

Due to weather our boat out of the harbor had to turn back. Luckily the hotel had several openings. However, we walked in about 2:15 and the front desk told us check in was at 3pm. Several of us were absolutely soaked from the storm. I find it unlikely that housekeeping cleaned the 4 rooms while we waited. It would have been good customer service to try to check us in early (only 45 min) if the rooms were available. Instead we we sat soaked in the lobby. We also asked for the WiFi password and were told. That information is in your room.

Overall real nice spot....but internet very spotty and poor signal quality. Also as someone who stayed at literally hundreds of hotels during my work career this was the first place that was stringent, non negotiable about no check in prior to 3pm.....and nowhere to leave luggage secure until that time...
