Only stayed for 1 night before heading back to the airport. Shuttle was great and quick! No restaurant onsite but the snack bar had a few choices. Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful.

It was an easy check in. Since we were leaving on vacation, it was nice to only have a $50 deposit taken. It was truly a beautiful room and it faced the marina without us asking. Our room was clean and the bathroom was lovely.

Clean and quiet hotel, we stayed 3 nights, there was a labour dispute on while we stayed so maid service was only available every 3 days which was not a problem for us. The free airport shuttle was very convenient running every 30 mins. The ev charger on site was not functioning so that was inconvenient not being able to charge our rental car. Overall the stay was very nice and we would stay here again.

I booked the room, paid for it, and immediately got a message that the hotel was on strike, so we found another place to stay. I guess I'm out of pocket.

Hotel is decent. When we got there employees were on strike so there was no pool available, rooms were only being cleaned once a week and we had to ask for extra toilet paper and such when needed at the front desk.. parking was free due to other things not being available which was okay, should just be free always. Room was clean but AC unit didn't always work, bathroom fan didn't work. Elevator was broken one day and a pipe was leaking in the ceiling in the hallway (not in our room). Noise from planes not to bad and didn't effect sleeping. Bed comfort was okay, pillows where quiet soft.
Overall a fine place to stay decently close to Vancouver

I am disappointed that we had to pay full price. There was a strike and no amenities. No breakfast, no ability to get food. The coffee machine in the room
Was not functioning . Understand the labour issues but At times of limited operations there should also be a limited cost
