Nice property, rooms clean and reasonable nice. Easy to get to the sky train by jumping on the airport shuttle. It made getting down town that much easier.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located for the airport. I asked a very nice woman from the cleaning staff where the ice machine was, it was 4 floors up, she offered to get the ice for me and deliver it to my room.
Read the fine print. $365/night and they charge $25/night for parking…discussing display of a money grab. The staff said “all the hotels are doing it now.”
We got to our room after the 3:00pm check in time, it was still being cleaned so we had to go back to the lobby to wait. I told the front desk, and they didn’t seem overly concerned. After some convincing, my wife talked them into waving the parking fee for the night.
The receptacle in the bathroom is falling out of the wall.

The room was fine and the cleaning staff were excellent. But the out door area was a disaster - tables and chairs were never dusted, couches and lounge chairs had no umbrellas or shade. Also there was very limited eating - the two restaurants were closed - permanently it seemed.

Poor house keeping service, we stayed there for 4 nights and they never changed the bedsheets or vacuum the room, empty the bin. Also never kept water bottles and we have to remind them every day. Sad part is despite complaining it to front desk , housekeeping keep on doing the same each day. Management should action this, as we feel neglected BIG time UNFORTUNATELY. Also , no tooth brushes or paste either, which was not expected ( stayed in hotels in US, Japan, Australia, Dubai, Riyad) and never experienced this. Ever time we asked the front desk about poor housekeeping services, all they said was SORRY but then they never pass on the message or the housekeeping staff Didn’t bother AT ALL.

Great location by airport - complimentary shuttle service too.
Good check in by Stanley not so good the breakfast service though. Couple of staff walked me didn't acknowledge me as I wasting at the table by the bar and eventually an older lady came by and handed me menu by which time I had made up mind to go elsewhere.
Went to the coffee bar and that was different level of service compared to the breakfast restaurant.
Also staff not following up on text message service - what's the point of this then?!?
