The rooms are comfortable, nice pillows and sheets. Great location if you need to stay close to Vancouver Airport. The hotel is close to Food Street in Richmond, where you have unlimited options for Asian cuisine. My only constructive criticism is, the hotel restaurant was understaffed during breakfast. So the service was sub par, and it took over 30min for our food to arrive. But that's not the staffs fault, that's management. So there's definitely room for improvement in the restaurant department. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Stayed one night. All staff very helpful.
Had a delicious dinner at the Lounge and watched Jays baseball on large screen TV.
Comfy clean room with view of marina.
Unfortunately, must pay for parking our rental car.

Great stay, comfortable rooms and easy to find. Near the airport, but also easy access into Richmond and Vancouver. Very clean. We only had difficulties with the restaurant, there was not enough staff and we were still waiting for a waitress after 20 min, so we left. You do need to drive to find other restaurants. We would stay again.

Location was very convenient, next to airport and with their free shuttle service. Felt a bit of a stretch for 4star hotel in terms of amenities, condition, and even cleanliness. Hotel staffs were all friendly, and the gift shop inside the hotel was really convenient. Booked this one last minute due to a flight cancellation and pet-friendly accommodation, not sure if I would stay again to be honest.

• Weak customer service (waiting; rushed) in restaurant. Arrived early and would not less us check in or offer to take our bags.
• Hotel was three star clean.
• Parking is hard to find and they make you pay for it - odd.
• Water damage in room 348 was noticeable around windows. Antithetical to "comfort".
• Very rundown...nothing they can do about it I suppose.
• Not close enough to the harbour to make ups for any of it. The dockside restaurant is closed.
FYI: there is no pool.
Bottomline: it is NOT a resort...it's a MOTEL.

Convenient to airport. Good food. Shuttle each half hour to airport and train station. Cruise ship easily accessible by 20 minute train to harborfront from shuttle drop.
