The location is highly convenient, situated just 4 minutes from the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and for our early flight at 5 AM, they provided complimentary taxi transportation. Additionally, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was commendable.

A very welcoming and friendly staff.
I needed to find a shuttle to take me to the cruise terminal the next morning and they made me a booking right away. Great service.

Choose the hotel for proximity to airport. Was able to wak to transit to get to downtown, which was a nice bonus. Staff provided great directions. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The guest services menu from the QR code in the room had a lot of inaccuracies. For example the shuttle information was not accurate
The restaurant was woefully understaffed for the amount of guests they were required to serve making for very slow service in spite of their best efforts. The staff did an outstanding job in difficult conditions

I had different rooms in 2 nights i was there because their air conditioning doesn’t seem to work. They put me in a suite the 2nd night and it still the same problem. I think they need to look at the whole air conditioning system.

Shuttle service to airport was efficient, on time as advertised. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, but parts of hotel appeared to be closed and unkempt.
Elevator service was unreliable during our stay, which was very frustrating when trying to check out in the morning.
Staff were helpful, courteous, professional. Restaurant food was good but way overpriced. $24 for a hamburger/fries is ridiculous!! A modest meal for 4: 3 hamburgers and a soup, with no beverages was $114 with tip.
Not even breakfast included with the expensive room. This hotel definitely caters to those with an expense account, not the average family.

Location was very convenient, next to airport and with their free shuttle service. Felt a bit of a stretch for 4star hotel in terms of amenities, condition, and even cleanliness. Hotel staffs were all friendly, and the gift shop inside the hotel was really convenient. Booked this one last minute due to a flight cancellation and pet-friendly accommodation, not sure if I would stay again to be honest.
