Allowed to check in to our rooms early. Scheduled and eteceived an early wake up call. The hotel booked 2 taxis to the airport for us. They arrive on time at 3:45am. Since this was before their shuttle service began at 4:20 am, the hotel covered our taxis to the airport.

Upscale accommodation close to the airport. The free shuttle is a great bonus. Beautiful, high end, clean, comfortable and updated rooms. The restaurant by the hotel has very limited choices, slow and not so friendly staff. Not a lot of close restaurant around the area.

Everything was great! The only complain is that you can hear absolutely every noise outside. Not good for people that wants to have a good night rest, and that’s practically every guest.

We did not enjoy our stay here! We asked for water view they gave us a room behind a tree that smelled of cigars. They did accommodate us with another room with a slightly better view and did not sell. They did list an item of ours in the move and made little effort to find it stating house keeping had left and asked us to leave a message for them. We did that and no one called back. Called them back in the morning and they finally found the item but not until we were at the airport. When asked if they could send to us by taxi they said they could send it with shuttle driver. Which would have been fine but it the shuttle was to close to our boarding time and we could not have gotten back through security. We did ask if they could send it by taxi and they said no. Incredibly unhappy with our stay and will not be back

Location was great. Walking distance to bus stops and skytrain. Close to airport. Dont ask front desk for transit directions though. They werent the greatest with that.
Housekeeping staff were amazing!! Very friendly.
I’d go back just for them. Overall I would stay there again.
Microwave and fridge in the room, enclosed rooftop gym with great views of the marina.

Choose the hotel for proximity to airport. Was able to wak to transit to get to downtown, which was a nice bonus. Staff provided great directions. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The guest services menu from the QR code in the room had a lot of inaccuracies. For example the shuttle information was not accurate
The restaurant was woefully understaffed for the amount of guests they were required to serve making for very slow service in spite of their best efforts. The staff did an outstanding job in difficult conditions
