Loved this place, the shuttle is very helpful you can catch the cause they will take you to the airport and from there you can take the skytrain to go to downtown or where ever you need to go.

I love the fact that the text you to follow up on your stay and the fact that you can have them watch your luggage before your flight time so you don’t have to luggage around the city while you wait for your flight. Staff and room service was amazing. No complain complaints

Nice hotel, very close to the airport and great shuttle service. Dining option was disappointing: slow/poor service. They charged me for mayo, that I had to wait a whiiiiile for without telling me they would charge me. Word of advice: order from Uber Eats instead.

2 of 3 elevators were not working. The Queen beds measured out to be Doubles, not Queens. The A/C completely failed for the hotel on the hottest night and they did not have enough fans to go around, we only received 30% discount on a single night of our 4 night stay, and they admitted they had oversold the hotel with no extra rooms available to switch into. Overall a fairly poor experience and I would avoid in future. Extremely friendly staff though.

Fridge in the room was not cold at all, needs to be replaced. Woke up my second night drenched in sweat at 3 am because the ac didn’t work. Maintenance came to replace the filter which was filthy but it did nothings it’s stuck in auxiliary mode and doesn’t blast the air. Asked the FD staff where I could fill up my water bottle she said top floor in the gym, but there’s nothing in there. Overall it was meh.

I loved this hotel as a convenient spot near Richmond. The Capstan station was walkable over the bridge, and the marina was an interesting view. The rooms were impeccable and the bar and restaurant were fine. My only criticism would be the lack of customer information given on check in - we weren’t told where anything was - including our room and facilities, informed of check out times, or given any extra tips on the area. Obviously I asked for what I needed and was told - but having never visited the area before it would have been nice to be given some information as a “Welcome to Vancouver, have you stayed here before?!” Would recommend this as a customer service tip for future guests. Shuttle service was superb, and staff were very pleasant.
