Excellent room. Good daily housekeeping. Prompt service. Location is close to airport and is not far from downtown.
Out of three, only one elevator was working so wait times were slightly higher.

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle bus that drop off and pick up passengers every 30 minutes from the airport.

First room, ac was not working. They sent a tech up who got the AC working, but the fan in bathroom wasn't working, same in next room and then got a room where the bathroom fan worked sporadically. Only 1 out of 3 elevators was operational. We where not offered any allowances or benefits for the inconveniences which does not reflect well on the Radison Hotel. We expected more when paying excess of $350.00 for a 1 night stay. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this hotel

Great location and staff! Very friendly and helpful thru out our entire stay. Only thing was limited house keeping as housekeeping only came once during our 5 day stay. But overall great experience!
