We stayed here because it is close to the airport. The airport shuttle is super helpful. It runs every half an hour and on time. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Only one elevator in service (2 out of service)
My room had a bathroom vent not working, sink almost fully clogged, AC was working hard to cool the room (probably needs more refrigerant).
They should stay on top of facility maintenance.
Restaurant tables (2 person) are small and you need to shuffle things to get some room.

Until we left the hotel, there are just one elevator works ,we should wait more than ten minutes to get on elevator, they don’t even put a sigh on the other elevator shows not working.

I confirmed twice over the phone regarding a 2 PM check-in, and I was assured that the room would be ready upon my arrival. However, when I reached the property, I was told the room was not ready. I don’t understand what kind of assurance is being provided to customers if it's not honored. This experience was highly disappointing, and the staff service on check-in time was poor.

The wait for elevators was crazy. With 1 elevator working out of 3, there was often a line at the lobby waiting for an elevator. Once one gets in, it is full and stopping lots of floors. Also when calling elevator, it takes a long time, bc coming up, it is stopping frequently. Then going down, it is stopping frequently to pick up passengers on other floors. Stayed there 6 nights, and no one working on the elevators!! Total inconvenience.

The rooms at the Blu were very nice, comfy beds, sheets, pillows. Room was clean. Wish the pantry was open later, especially since there's nothing more within walking distance.

Check in was horrible, the front desk phone system doesn't work,so I was unable to call from the airport to get shuttle information so I had to take a taxi. The front desk staff acknowledged that their phone system didn't work, but didn't even apologize to me for needing to take a cab from the airport instead of the shuttle.also, only one of three elevators work
