This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. This is highly recommended if you need a hotel near the airport. Check in and check out was a breeze. They have a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport. It only takes about 5 minutes to get to the airport and back. The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will surely stay at this hotel again.

Great location, close to sky train, airport, outlet mall. Offer courtesy bus service to and from airport all day long. Room is clean comfortable and cozy. If you are a foodie. It’s $10 uber away from Youhan center/Aberdeen centre and Richmond center

Nice stay prior to a cruise. Most affordable place I could find and it was very nice. Great free airport shuttle too.

Only problem was 2 out of 3 elevators were down and the restaurant needed another waitress to accommodate. The waitresses were fantastic, there just weren’t enough.

Nice setting, but some details were off. Three elevators, only one working, this over a three day stay. The room fridge was below freezing. And the "art" over the bed...not our taste. Nice people, nice location.

2/3 elevators were broken so we always had a line to get to our room. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, sat there for 25 minutes with no sign of service even though we flagged. Would not stay here again.

Only one of three elevators was in working order, which did make us question how reliable the third was going to be. With a room on the 7th floor we risked it, climbing seven flights of stairs with two weeks worth of luggage was not too appealing.

Hotel was very clean and staff, specially the yonge gentleman at the door during daytime was very nice and helpful.(unfortunately i dont know hus name)
But, our washroom's fan was broken. One of the elevators were out of order and we had to use stairs all the time during our 3 day stay because of long wait!
Hotel room was good, had a little fridge and microwave,..everything we needed but there wasnt any restarant or shops close by.

Only one elevator in service (2 out of service)
My room had a bathroom vent not working, sink almost fully clogged, AC was working hard to cool the room (probably needs more refrigerant).
They should stay on top of facility maintenance.
Restaurant tables (2 person) are small and you need to shuffle things to get some room.

Until we left the hotel, there are just one elevator works ,we should wait more than ten minutes to get on elevator, they don’t even put a sigh on the other elevator shows not working.
