Nice quiet hotel with spacious, comfortable bedrooms- we slept well. Good shuttle free to and from airport- driver very friendly. Concierge very friendly. Reception staff miserable when we checked in but lovely when we checked out

This is a modern and comfortable airport hotel with excellent customer service. The one issue is that both times we were here, three weeks apart, only one of the three elevators was in service and on the second trip that meant people waiting 10 minutes for an elevator. Given that this is an airport hotel, I expect that this situation could cause some unneeded stress and hope the hotel can fix the problems because the amenities are otherwise fine.

It was a lovely place to stay. We couldn’t have a glass of wine before 4 pm when the restaurant opened, and there is no pool or hot tub, there is not much around the hotel…… service was excellent though

I wasn’t out in Vancouver for a holiday my husband and I were in fact to VGH and we spent almost 3 weeks there so it was a place for me to stay, but I was bouncing around from hotel to hotel because the rates were so expensive. This hotel was clean, quiet and convenient and the least expensive that I stayed at, but it was a long ways away from the hospital.

Staff, rooms, amenities, restaurant quality and service were superb. However, there were 3 elevators only 1 was working. When we were leaving all 3 were not working and we were stuck on the 10th floor (not in the elevator) for about 20 minutes. When the housekeeper found out, she offered the use of the service elevator which worked fine. Kudos to the housekeeper. If the elevators were all working, i would give 5 stars to the whole stay. We stayed there 2 alternate nights first night, no issues, perfect airport area location.

I booked this hotel two weeks in advance and requested a water view. When I arrived, they said nothing was available but promised to check the next day. I followed up and was completely ignored.
Only one of the three elevators worked during my entire stay, which caused long lines and delays. I was told by other guests this has been an issue for over a week.
The Tesla chargers don’t work, and it seems like they’ve been out of service for a while. That’s a major inconvenience for EV drivers, especially at a hotel that claims to offer this feature.
Very disappointing experience overall. Not what I expected from a hotel in this price range.
