It was a nice property with lovely rooms. At the time, only 1/3 elevators was operational which led to long waits. If you’re on foot, this is a bit of a tricky place to get in and out of (if you have a vehicle that’s fine.) Shuttle was appreciated!

Nice waterfront property with magnificent views! Great experience with everything just one thing which was not great. First day the driver who came to pickup was rude, took 30 minutes to drive from airport to hotel which should taken 5-7 minutes to the max. He intentionally stayed on right lane which was jammed through out and changed lane to left only in from of the hotel. He did that because I complained that he did not came to pickup even after 30 minutes of his scheduled time! Unacceptable behaviour for sure from a staff of Radisson Group of Hotel

Closet stunk soooo bad couldn’t put clothes in there. Found Tylenol or Advil or some sort of pills the floor under desk covers had stains. Awful

The front desk during checki in was complete, they called somebody to bring a trolly to the main lobby. Nobody came down with a trolly while my family waited so we took our own heavy luggage ourselves which was sooo inconvenient to us. We drove all the from Edmonton and were exhausted. Not good service. The next day they were four sitting in the main lobby. Not convenient for me.

Our room is comfortable and spacious enough. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only let down was the hotel shuttle service. We were told there was one every 30 mins. We called twice from the airport and waited over an hour.

We stayed here for almost 3 weeks. Rented a car in the hotel( Sixt Carrental ) and made our trips from there. The room was clean and comfortable with a smal fridge. The staff is very friendly and we will definitely recommend this location. Also easy to go from here to anywhere. No noise from the airport
