Great customer service! Free airport shuttle was very convenient and when my flight was earlier than the shuttle the staff offered an option to get us to the airport on time. The staff were very accommodating! The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and the hotel is beautiful.

Great location as it’s right outside the airport. My room on the 5th floor had a better bathroom than my room on the 4th floor. Wish you guys had a hand held shower head instead of a fixed one. Rooms were really nice, newly renovated, and clean. Some of the outlets and USB ports weren’t working though (in room 428). All staff were nice and stay was overall great! Some room for improvement but great nonetheless. Will stay again!!

Came back thinking we would receive the same level of service as last time. We asked for an extended check out time and were told it was not possible since choice privileges for this hotel have changed. It would have been great if it was updated on the choice website because we paid a lot to stay here considering how it lacks some amenities that are offered at other comparable hotels. Front desk person was unfriendly and seemed miserable and unhappy dealing with guests on arrival and departure. I regret recommending this hotel to friends and family with their upcoming stay. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

We only stayed one night before a morning flight so there's not a lot to say. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the view of the marina was excellent. The shuttle we wanted to take was full, but we were able to get a taxi easily and it was about $11.00.

Hotel is very close to airport (~10 min drive). Room conditions were not good. It was dirty, we found various small spiders. We stayed because we were very tired from a 10 hours flight but I would not recommend hotel and wouldn’t stay again.
