Great hotel. Room is quiet, clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that it was too warm. It never cooled down even though we set the temp at 60. The fitness room is incredible. The best we've seen in a hotel. Convenient location for the airport.,

We had a great stay overall. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. When we noticed the AC wasn’t working properly, the staff was quick to help and very friendly— they arranged a room change right away with no hassle.

It’s kind of inconvenient to get a Uber to get to the link station. It was the other side so it’s not safe to walk.

The check-in lady at the front desk on the second time we returned check in August 3 early morning was a little unfriendly and Stern. Otherwise the rest of the staff is fine. Her name was Amisha or something similar.

1. Extremely Noisy AC, Disrupted Sleep**
The air conditioner in the room was excessively loud, producing a constant, grinding noise that sounded like an old machine. Even at the lowest setting, the buzzing was clearly audible. At night, the noise became even more pronounced, severely affecting my sleep. When I reported the issue to the front desk, staff only performed a brief check and offered no real solution, leaving me no choice but to endure the disturbance all night.
2. Hygiene Issues: Insects in the Room**
To my dismay, I also spotted ants and small bugs near the bedside table and bathroom corners. While the number was small, the presence of pests is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be X-star rated. This not only made me uncomfortable but also raised doubts about the overall cleanliness of the room
