The staff at the Radisson Hotel Calgary was really amazing. The room was very nice and well-stocked with all the essentials. The location is also conveniently close to public transit, just a 5-minute walk away. We hope to stay at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Calgary Airport again very soon.

Shuttle from the airport never did show up. The hotel kept putting me on hold, then hanging up. Ended up taking a cab. The breakfast was cold and did not taste good. Overall was very disappointed with my stay.

We came in a 6:45 pm and our rooms weren't even clean yet. Got room service cause we were tired and it had and extra 23 dollar charge on it for service after tipping. Gyms not open
