Very efficient.

The only issue I had was there was no enforcing of quiet hours my neighbours on the floor were making noise till all hours of the night, and they were letting their kids race down the halls screaming.

Booked on phone after flight cancelation, easily done. Had shuttle and super friendly check-in as we were very tired. Building is old in spots but very clean. Comfortable and quiet. Would return.

My stay at Radisson Calgary was exceptional! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

The night we stayed, it was very noisy, kids running around and shouting in the hall way. Only calmed down close to 11pm, had to get up at 4:30am. Wish I had a longer quiet sleeping time before the early flight. Indian lunch and dinner offered at the hotel.

We were not to be able to use the pool after a long day visiting .4:00- 7:30 p.m.they had swimming class. It was not possible to have a good dinner at the resto because they had a 50 anniversary party. They have other room for that,why at the resto?They said go to the bar but nobody there to serve.They were to buisy with the party. We had to go out. We expect more about an accommodation like Radisson.

Well maintained at a great price

Blood on the sheets. Dirt on the other bed. Counters looked horrible. Switched to a new room. Sheets had spots on them. Toilet did not work. Moved to another room after that!

The battery on the door sensor was drained out made us go up and down multiple times to find a solution after a long tiring day. The hallways had bad odour. The staff are nice and friendly

Negatives: Air vent sounds like a very loud vacuum cleaner. I had to turn off the thermostat and sweat all night. Water flow in the sink is little more than a trickle. Positives: room is large and clean. Lloyd who was running the bar provided excellent service. Wings were excellent. Could be a 5 star if flaws are fixed.

Easy to reach from the airport.

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in process was a bit hectic as there was a wedding on property and a lot going on (loud, elevators backed up, packed lobby) but once we were up in the room, we were happy. I would stay again if needing a hotel close to the airport.

The property is nice, some amenities are well maintained (pool, gym). I was checked-in late, as my reserved room was given to another guest, although I paid in advance and notified within 24 hours of my delay. No laundry facilities in the property, but laundry service available, which may not be convenient for guests with short stays. One choice of restaurant, we decided to go downtown to eat. Room was clean and comfortable.
