Easy to find, simple adequate breakfast, nice pool option but the room we were given was well worn, right next to the ice machine and laundry room (noisy)and not cleaned well. Bedsheet was stained, pillows were limp, something was splattered on bathroom door and had molded and we appreciated having a fridge and microwave but they were quite noisy when in use .

I liked this hotel as it was easy to locate and had free parking. I also chose it because it was pet friendly and included a complimentary breakfast. I was disappointed with the offerings at breakfast. There was NO protein except hard boiled eggs. Also the assortment of breads included bagels but there was NO cream cheese?! Coffee was only available in medium roast. NO Decaffeinated and no dairy free options. It was also disappointing that you couldn't bring your pet in through a side entrance. The only way was through the lobby/front doors. This was disruptive for everyone in the lobby (which is quite small). I would probably choose another hotel on my next visit to Cranbrook based on these 2 issues.

The pool and hot tub area are kept up quite nice and a really nice feature for families that want a affordable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast is pretty basic but all you need for a short stay. It would be nice if the breakfast time was extended a bit more as closing at 9:00 am seems to early.

I stayed at the Ramada in Cranbrook for four nights. Overall, it was a decent experience. The room itself was comfortable and clean, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the booking process was quick and easy.
That said, the hotel could definitely use a deep interior clean. The hallways were noticeably dirty, the hot tub had sand in it, and the pool area looked quite worn, with chipped paint on most of the walls. Additionally, the parking lot entrance was full of potholes and not very noticeable from the highway, which made finding it a bit frustrating.
While the cleanliness of the common areas and the condition of the exterior left a lot to be desired, the positive interactions with staff and the comfort of the room made it a fair stay. With a bit more attention to upkeep and signage, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.
