Although the outside of the property looked a little run down the rooms were clean and updated.very nice hotel with nice friendly staff

The front desk lady was kind and polite. Room was clean and beds with pillows comfy.

I’ve stayed at most of the hotels in Dawson. This one was slightly better than the others. Largely due to pricing and breakfast. The pros: made it order breakfast, price and water pressure in the shower. Cons: we were given a pet friendly room that clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Seeing dog hair absolutely everywhere. People travelling with their pet end up spending more than the average traveller. Clean. The. Carpets. The workers live in the hotel.. the constant smells of food and seeing your hosts in their pyjamas was uncomfortable. Twice I had to call the front desk to have someone come help me because they were in their “house” and clearly not paying attention to the front lobby. When they were in the lobby they were on FaceTime and made you feel as if you were interrupting them when you needed help. The parking lot, like every other parking lot in Dawson was absolutely horrid. Pot holes the size of large animals. The front grounds were littered with cigarette butts. We had the do not disturb sign on our room and still was woken up to them trying to enter the room and then knocking at 7am the first morning. A couple travelling with their small children clearly didn’t have the ability to stop their kids from screaming and crying at 6am. It went on for about two hours. Still it’s better than most of the dumps I’ve stayed at in this town. The sheer amount of hotels in Dawson tells you everything you need to know about this place. It’s a place to pass thru.

For the price, we thought it might be a little sketch. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice! I'd stay again!!

There was an odour in the hallway quite strong and we found the room quite perfumed . Breakfast and the staff were excellent! Bed was comfy but no end table on one side, bathroom was upgraded to new.

The room service was not great. We got a worn out coffee machine, the room floor was broken which was difficult for us to walk over especially with my kid, and the toothpaste was also not provided at first. However, they fixed those when we told them, but didn’t expect this from Ramada.😌

Our stay at Ramada Dawson creek was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The lobby is beautifully designed, and check-in was quick and effortless. The room exceeded our expectations with it nice and subtle décor, spotless cleanliness, and great amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well!

Bed was comfortable. Older property but renovated. Breakfast was perfect. Was given a voucher for basic bacon and egg breakfast cooked to order or a discount on another menu option. Great value. Friendly staff.

Amazing host, would recommend. The woman at front desk catered to whatever we needed. Very nice rooms as well. Loved the place.

Don't let the outside of the building confuse you. The rooms are completely renovated. The breakfast is a true Breakfast. The staff are friendly and acxomidating

There was a lot of bad reviews about this hotel, but there’s realistically nothing wrong with it. The lady working the front desk was super nice, she called the room making sure I was OK after check-in. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping right across the road. The parking lot is very well lit, and you can see most of the parking lot from the rooms. Definitely not the fanciest hotel, but for the price it’s very comfortable and renovated.

Clean rooms.. Renovated. Friendly staff. Water pressure was a little low for my liking.. But all together, good place to stay.

This property offer free breakfast but it is a rip off. My guys have to eat else where. The staff refuse to serve breakfast between 6am - 7:30AM. Not the nicest staff as well nor helpful. My guys requested never to extend their stay nor book their hotel in Ramada Dawson Creek .

I recently stayed at the Ramada, and while the accommodations were decent, my experience with the billing process has been extremely frustrating. The hotel double-charged me for my room, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still haven't received a refund for the extra amount. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of timely action and communication from the staff is unacceptable. I've provided all the necessary information to address the problem, yet I keep getting vague assurances with no follow-through. While the hotel itself was satisfactory, this ongoing issue has left a sour taste and overshadowed my stay. I can't recommend this place to anyone until they improve their customer service and ensure their billing practices are accurate and fair.
