Hotel is overall good. Rooms are big but need some TLC. There is a smell in all rooms (I have stayed in 2 different rooms over 2 business visits). Smell is like cigarettes but I suspect it might be just old. Some renovations would serve this hotel well. Good service and good breakfast. Parking is extra but is underground, making it helpful in the winter. Well located.

Stayed here after a London Knights game so we didnt have to drive home after. We brought our two dogs with us and were pleasantly surprised with goodie bags for them! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the underground parking. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom vanity appeared to be too large for the bathroom and was awkwardly placed in the corner behind the door. The breakfast was the best we've experienced! Would stay again!

Overall, it is a nice hotel. It is pretty clean and for the most part the staff is friendly. The breakfast is hardly edible. The workmanship of the building is overall shotty with doors not lining up, crooked outlets, etc. I did go to the front desk and ask for more creamer for my room and the girl was a bit rude, she acted like she didn't want to help me...luckily a manager was there and made the girl go get me some creamer. They charge approx. $20 USD to park in their underground parking structure per day, and there is really nowhere else to park so figure that into your travel expense.

Overall an excellent experience. The room was very spacious, more like an apartment than hotel room. It would be excellent for a travelling family who could make good use of a kitchen and spacious living area. Parking underground is great, a little tight, but wonderful to not have vehicles out in the snow and not have to drag luggage through the snow. The only challenge was other patrons smoking cigarettes and other things which did draft into my room. Also a dog barking, however, both challenges cannot be faulted by the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely suite, spacious, extremely clean, friendly staff, great continental breakfast. Central location. I didn’t know I had to pay for parking and outside the area didn’t seem safe for walking after dark.
