The room was clean and comfortable. Walls are thin and you can hear everythingij the next room

The property is stunning and the water view is even better. The front desk set the tone for our stay with pleasant conversation and excellent information. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant and our waitress, Tiffany, made the experience exceptional with her efficiency and lovely personality. We will be back.

Annoyed that the pool was being renovated but we were not informed. Otherwise a great property.

Property was nice. I stayed for 5 nights over Easter weekend. My rom was ready to check into when I arrived at 2 pm which was nice. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful even when we had a power outage and they offered flashlights for us. My only complaint is how noise travels. I was on the first floor and could hear the person in the next room breathing at night (not snoring). I could hear every move next door and conversation and sneeze. I don’t know if it’s only that room or that wing of the hotel or if sound traveled through the air conditioner vents or what. The property surrounding is nice and there are many things to walk to like restaurants and Tim Hortons and a grocery stores. The restaurant food was good as well.

The hotel itself is lovely. Modern amenities and an onsite restaurant. My room was spacious and modern. The area around the property is surrounded by water. And a long walking trail.

Quiet, clean, lovely spot right on the river. Would definitely stay here again.

Bad customer service at the Check-in

We stayed here 12 years ago and it has been renovated since then. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Friendly staff and easy walking distance to amenities.

We stayed here to break up the drive back from Quebec. The room was very large and the restaurant had a nice view over the river.

Lovely view - great room!

The property itself is great. Rooms are updated and bathrooms updated and well stocked. The restaurant has a view that is second to none. However, the breakfast we had on Saturday morning could have been better prepared by a ten year old child. The two strips of bacon are cut in half, fused together and served cold. The so called hash browns were cubes of deep fried potatoes obviously prepared hours or a day ahead and when you tried to pick up one with a fork the whole lump came up. Seriously, this restaurant has been notorious over the years for having cold and/or poorly prepared food and it is such a shame. The facility is so nice. I would highly recommend the hotel. skip the restaurant. There is an Irish pub 5 min walk from hotel with a great menu and excellent food, a German bakery and coffee shop directly across the street and an excellent Indian food restaurant two minute walk.
